The evaluation of performance of both the
teacher and the student is a major
consideration. In respect of evaluation of
students and award of Internal Sessional marks,
the broad guidelines given by the affiliating
university, i.e. NEHU in our case are strictly
honored. The record of attendance, performance
in internal examination, behavior in and outside
class rooms, participation in extracurricular
activities are systematically monitored.
Students requiring special attention are
identified and appropriate actions on areas of
deficiencies are duly taken.
We have developed a unique way of monitoring the
progress of academic performance at the end of
each of 10 (ten) working days. This unique
process of monitoring leads to an appropriate
identification of lapses on parts of both the
teacher and the taught.
Necessary and time to time communication is done
with all the parents regarding the performance
of their wards, after due evaluation and
monitoring. Regular Feedback sessions are
conducted among the faculties and administration
to have a better understanding of the students.
Parentï¿½s meets are also conducted to get their
point of views for effective materialization of
the evaluation & Monitoring system.
